Dubai Fitness Challenge sparks an exciting month-long celebration of fitness and wellness. It challenges you to complete 30 minutes of exercise each day for 30 days (30X30).

A Royal Vision: An initiative of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai – the challenge aims to inspire everyone to create a fitness-focused mindset and seek healthy, active lifestyles.

Inspiring Millions: Launched in 2017, Dubai Fitness Challenge has inspired more than 2.2 million people to seek out healthier lifestyles. With a dynamic range of city-wide events illuminating the calendar, free workouts, exciting tournaments and wellness-centric entertainment – there’s plenty of inspiration to keep everyone in Dubai moving.

Mark Your Calendar: Dubai Fitness Challenge will take place at various locations across the city from 28 October to 26 November 2023. Don't miss our flagship events: Dubai Ride, Dubai's biggest cycling event on 12 November, and Dubai Run, the world's largest fun run on 26 November.
